Partner Recruitment - MSSP/MSP

 

The aim was to engage with managed service providers that are providing security products as part of their offering. Aptitude were required to identify MSP’s that managed and looked after clients with more than 500 endpoints.

 

The process included, identifying who the correct decision maker was, understand what they have in place and which providers they were currently working with and if they were interested in adding the Malwarebytes Solution to their range of products.

If interested, then Aptitude booked a Zoom/Webex call for a Malwarebytes Rep so they could complete an initial discovery call and provide a demo of the product platform.

​

 

Part of the process was to send the initial calendar invite, ensure it is accepted, re confirm the meeting prior to it being held and if a reschedule was required then Aptitude would manage the whole process, this meant that the Malwarebytes sales Team only had to worry about holding the meetings and completing the sales process.

Conversion Rates

 

Based on the above process, Aptitude booked on average 0.7 Meetings per agent day of calling, therefore, 3.5 Meetings per week, or 14 per agent per month/20 agent days of calling.
